How much weight these tables can take ?
These portable massage tables are crafted from steambeech wood and can easily take weight upto 150 kgs.
Are these tables folding in design ?
Yes, all these tables can be folded and converted into a bag. You can watch the demonstration video on the homepage of our website. All portable massage tables are supplied with a free carrying case and can be folded, packed into the bag and kept aside after use.
What is the average weight of these massage tables ?
All our massage tables weigh between 19.5 kgs to 27 Kgs depending on the model. We also make light weight massage tables, weighing around 15 kgs for mobile spas but in strength and durability they cannot be compared to Akriti or other regular models.
Can I customize the sizes of massage tables ?
We only do colour customization of leatherette in our massage tables, however, if your order quantity is over 12 pcs then we can make customize sizes/design also.
Are these tables manufactured in India or imported ?
All Esthetica tables are manufactured here in India at our factory located at IMT Manesar, Gurgaon. Our portable massage tables are not only being used in India but also being exported to Europe, Middle East and other Asian Countries. What is the delivery period for these tables ?
We normally ship the table within 7-10 working days and it takes 5-7 working days to get it delivered at your address.
What would be the standard mode of transport ?
We ship these tables BY ROAD and hence it takes 5-7 working days to deliver them at your address. On special request and additional freight cost, we can ship them BY AIR also.
ODA Locations would be charged extra ?
Yes, if your delivery address is not within the city limits and the logistics company has to attempt delivery through separate vehicle then you will have to pay the ODA Location Charges extra and we will communicate them to you in advance.
E Declaration to be provided by the purchaser ?
In the new GST Tax regime many E Declaration/ Eway Bill / Affidavits have been discontinued in almost all the states , however, in some states the E Declaration is still mandatory till further notice. The purchaser will have to provide the requisite E Declaration or Affidavit at the time of dispatch of goods.
Can I make an online payment ?
Yes, you can pay online through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking after adding the product to Cart and choosing the PAY NOW option.
Is there any other payment option available ?
Apart from online payment, you can also do NEFT to our bank account or by deposting cheque to bank account given below

What is the warranty on these tables ?
Esthetica offers one year warranty on all the portable massage tables against all manufacturing defects.
Will the table be replaced or repaired ?
The table or its part will be replaced or repaired free of cost, whatever is convenient for the company. Please read the terms & conditions for more information.
Are the spare parts readily available with the company ?
Since all the tables are manufactured here in India at our factory located at IMT Manesar, we always have stock of parts and components which can be shipped immediately on request of the customer.
